Genetics....my family is rife with premature grey...ie COMPLETLY grey by 30. My poor cousin have it on both sides and they are salt and pepper grey by 30 and white by 40....so you will either do a Taylor Hicks and embrace it or do what my cousins and aunties do and dye it (they have very dark hair....mine is dark blonde and I can get away with it better!)
