I'm 44 and my hair is salt and pepper colored. I have thought about dying it but I tried it once before and my coworkers laughed at me for months. I have not attempted it since. Do you woman out there have a preference? Just wondering.

At this point in my life I feel lucky to have a full head of hair.

Seriously. Women dig the older guy look, so long as you look nice and are intelligent.

I'd rather be with an older man who has a full head of gray hair than a guy who has dyed his hair. Look at celebrities like Hugh Laurie.

Some women do, some don't. A few of my girlfriends think that am man with sal %26amp; pepper hair is sexy, makes them more mature. Others don't like it.

i personally prefer a person's naturally graying hair. like what my dad used to say "it defines a person and shows how much experience you have" :)

I prefer salt and pepper gray on men , the good news is that I found it attractive when i was younger as well. The salon might be able to polish it for you and they won't be laughing any more.

I'm 30, and think the Salt/Pepper look is distinguished. I find it more attractive than a dye job, but that's just me. If you would feel better about yourself dying it, I would go to a good salon and have them cover the gray but do highlights to it, so that it looks more natural and less flat.

A lot of woment like the Salt and Pepper look, but more important is your confidence. :) Work on that, and your hair won't matter much.

Looking natural is the best way to go. Semi- permanent hair products is a better way to go. The closer you stay to your natural state is the better. No one wants anyone who is fake. Salt and pepper hair is very attractive and sexy.

I think salt and pepper hair is kinda sexy. I like counting my husband's grey hairs and think it's cute. But hey, do what makes you feel confident.

I think men who mature gracefully are handsome as hell. I think my partner will look distinguished with grey hair. That said, if you are quite young, to of gone grey and or feel uncomfortable with your salt and pepper locks, just dye it, regardless of your coworkers. Theyre just having a laugh, Im sure they dont mean you any harm, even though their comments can be hurtful. Do what feels right for you. Like I said, i think grey haired men, can be quite attractive, and Im sure other women feel the same way.
