I have few grey hairs. People tell me that prolonged use of hair dye makes my other hairs grey while use of hair colour hasn't got that side effects on my other black hairs(ie. won't turn my black hairs to grey in long run)

They are the same thing. I don't know what they are telling you, but they are wrong. My male friend uses Revlon color silk and it looks great, made for a woman, but lots of men buy it! And it's cheap!!!!!!!!
