ok, first of all, there is no rosey white foundation, this is something you need to "make up" you should try Neutrogena's foundations. they are so pure and real yet conceal-able. pick a shade that is close to your jawline, this way you won't have a two-shade face...

for the rosy part, pick a blush that you feel comfortable with. since you have white skin, i'd say go bold and do traditional pink.

since your dress is nothing but pink, pink cheeks will enhance your energy and doesn't crash with your dress...

as for your eyes, you should do something soft since you have black eye and black hair and your dress is grey/orange. too much of a dark thing going on. i'd do a light shade of orange/shimmer orange. and either silver/metallic or white on the upper lid of the eyes.
