My hair is extremely dry n i have got lot of dry n flaky dandruff, i jus dont understand what to do?

i have a lot of grey hair, i experience hair fall although i m not under any medication or stress, my dandruff is really bad n itchy n flaky, i have dry wavy hair n it seems each strand of my hair has got its own characteristics, in other words, the hair is not of homogeneous texture, pls help.

P.S- i m contemplating going for hair colouring n rebonding but m not sure which colour to use n m in two minds abt rebonding thinking of its bad effect on hair.

nope dont color (yah i spell color like that us blasted Americans) it right now your hair WILL fall out. for me it looks like you have a just a really dry scalp. thats all, you new to grease your hair up woman!!

If it's dry you need to trim it. I had dandruff while using head and shoulders and the best advice I have is to switch shampoos every once in awhile. This will minimize dandruff. Also, sometimes if you use water that is too hot it can cause dandruff.

Okay you should cut your hairs frist.If they are really long cut it up to your shoulders,then oil your hairs with Vatika hair oil or any hair oil, then get lemon and scurb it on your hairs.Note that you can get a cold by doing this if the weather isn't freezing cold or rainy then you should do this otherwise don't do it.After you do this wash your hairs hope this works good luck.
