i had very dark and strong strand hair when i was younger but it almost all grey now which does not match my age. i need help. however i don;t want to resolve to dying. so what can do to stop it.

dying works the best so you should dye it but than reduce your stress stress really gives you gray hairs.

there is nothing you can do to reverse the graying process except dyeing it sorry

At some point in life we all must dye. It's the only way to cover grey unless you'd like to invest in a few nice wigs. Grey hair can a resistant to the dying process so you may want to get it done professionally the first time then do touch ups at home.
