Earth tones will definitely make those grey eyes pop!!! Try light browns mixed with taupe or maybe a medium brown. Stay away from really dark colors that will make you seem paler than you are in contrast.

wear navy eyeliner, and a greyish blue shadow on the lid, meduim gray in the hollow, and lighter blue/grey/silver just under the brow, get a navy mascara and do just the very tips of the eyelashes after a light coat of black mascara. Get a light blue liner pencil and line the inside rim of the bottom lid (above the lash, next to the inside of the eye) this makes the whites look whiter and brighter, reduces any look of redness, but use this pencil for only the inner rim. the blues %26amp; greys will emphasize the eye and bring attention back where it belongs.
