I am talking about like someone with dark hair starting out with a grey streak that gradually takes completely over by their late 30's

It would look very sexy. I have seen many young guys with grey hair. After all. it is only hair. If you are a nice decent man, then who cares about the hair color.

My own personal feelings I find graying hair to be exceptionally attractive. I think when men start to Grey early in life and don't color there hair it is a very sexy look and it shows that they have confidence in themselves! Of course i think Grey or silver hair is extremely sexy anyway and I have since I was a teenager.

Has anyone ever seen George Clooney when he had his salt and pepper thing going??? I find that attractive depending on the man. If you feel uncomfortable about it, then go for the dye. However, if you are a confident man, stay with it. I think a confident man is sexier than one who has low self esteem.
