14 year old girl sprouting few grey hairs...is it stress or wat ???? wat is it?? worried that head will be halfway grey by the time she 30 haha...no but really what can be done ?

It happens. Give her the choice of dying it if she wants to, but yes, she probably will be completely grey by 30. I know several women and men this has happend to, they look fine, have many friends and and are enjoying their lives.

nope--not stress, hereditary---same thing happened to my cousin when he was 13--by the time he was in his 20's his hair was "salt and pepper"

it is genetic. my uncle had grey hair when he was in high school and so do his sons. nothing you can do to stop it. dye. all hair may or may not turn grey by the time she's 30. my uncle is 47, he's n ot all grey yet.

You could take her to a salon and have them put on a color that is close to her natural color,or she could get some high lights to blend the gray hairs.

my friend has the same problem...we think hers is from stress...she got her first one when she was like 12....she doesnt have like alot now or anyhting...she counted once and it was like 6 grey hairs all together so i dont think you have to worry bout it taking over her whole head

It's quite normal. Ask the young lady to not worry about it. She could always colour it off, if she wants to, when she is a little older.

She must learn to organize her day to day activites so that she will not be too stressed out.

A cousin of mine sprouted about 2 grey hair when she was 15, and now at the age of 25 she still has only 2 grey hair. So it's basically nothing to worry about!!!!!!!!!

you can try a yoga exercise which may reduce further greying and falling of hair. Rub the nails of ur both fingers together that is rub th nails of left hand with the nails of ur right hand (do not use thumb nails)...do it for the count of 50 once a day.
