Are there perms especially made for grey hair? It seems that the perms I get do not hold the curl and I believe it is because of grey hair?

gray hair is very resistant so it takes a little longer to process a perm(never over process tho) it you could get professional perms i would get warm and gentle its a good kind of perm also if you cant get professional perms try using small rods in the places that don't take the perm it'll hold and it'll look very nice too.

Go to a trained stylist. We learned in school how to acheive good results on grey and or color treated hair. It just takes a different type of product. Good luck!
