i had finally got my hair to the blonde colour i wanted then wanted it like howchantelle houghtons got it now but its gone wrong and the colour that was supposed to be light brown turned black on my hair even though the box said differently now ive got black hair with bits of blonde but because of the black it looks grey and im scared to dye it straight back to blonde incase it goes ginger any ideas???

go to a salon to get it sorted as it will require colour correction - the black bits will prob have to b bleached to strip the colour and then ash toner put on to neutrilise the orangeness.
dont try and do it @ home as home kits dont have a strong enough level of peroxide to lift the colour and also, its a recipie for disaster.
if you go to a salon they'd b able to advise u on the best options and what wud need to b done.

you dont want to try to dye it to the color you want to soon because that can fry your hair but after a little while you might want to try stripping it
