I have dry hair, dandruff, which is powdery and does not itch and hairfall, what should I do?

If I use a shampoo, condition or even henna, while taking head bath, I will have hairfall a lot, it breaks easily and lot of grey hair. I am in early 30's. My hair is moderately thin and long. Suggest me what should I do?.

you can start by doing a short -hair-spa-regimen at home. try to buy hair spa with mint and a shower cup. after shampooing your hair,rinse it and massage hair spa on your scalp. leave it for 25 to 30min. do it atleast three to four times a week. also try scalp lotion to prevent dryness. If all else fails, use Nizoral treatment. Twice a week. Its my best bet. =)

don't use henna coz it causes dandruff

use an anti-dandruff shampoo

trim your hair more often

do not use to many hair products

and change your diet...sometimes lack of certain vitamins and a unhealthy diet causes hair fall too..
