How should I do my hair for a semi-casual wedding?

I am going to a wedding tomorrow evening and need help with my hair.

The wedding is at a house, so it's kind of caual.

I will be wearing a kind of mod style dress, with grey and white color blocks, red shoes, and a red necklace.

My hair is right at my shoulders, and kind of layered. It is naturally wavy, but the wave isn't good so I generally straighten it.

I was thinking of doing a pompadour with my bangs and just leaving the back in a ponytail, but I think that is maybe TOO casual.

Help?

Give yourself a quiff and put some of your hair back with a pretty clip, if you're feeling crazy you could put some beads in your hair as well, it looks casual but says that you made an effort which is what I think you're going for here lol

a French roll is always in style, whether rockin' jeans or a formal wedding. If you want to make this style a little less formal, pull a few strands out.

Always in style...and can go from wedding to reception.

Good Luck!

Hi achen, I love the "French-Braid" look. It's classic and you can dress it up with rhinestone bobby-pins, ribbons, beads, fresh flowers etc...or wear it just plain and simple. Good Luck! OXXO Moonshine
