Best hair dye??

i want have Dye that will make my hair all blonde nice light blonde on dark brown hair.... i do not have any greys... i just wanna know the best hair dye to actually dye all my hair light blonde... thanks!

Best hair dye??

I get my hair dyed to cover gray, but I am very picky about using a very good dye. I use Goldwell color at a professional salon. After getting my hair done I never feel like it's dry or tangled like I have in the past with at-home dyes or even after getting it dyed at different salons. If you go to Goldwell.com, you can do a search to see what salons in your area use this color. I would not do this drastic change without using a top-notch color...

You need to go to a professional and have it done, no exceptions, ESPECIALLY since you're planning on such a dramatic change. Otherwise, you'll end up with orange hair.

Best hair dye??

well it all depends on your original hair color and what tone of that color it is.. like if it is a golden brown or reddish brown or more chocolate brown, etc..... as for what brand of hair dye?... well- i have used 20 dollar hair dye and 3 dollar hair dye and they both come out about the same.. some more shine, some more dull, etc....

but it all depends on your hair... i would suggest trying a "ash" tone to minimize the orangeness. Some good colors would be natural light blond, light ash blond or extreme light blond.. not golden blond or strawberry type blond. However, your hair might not take lighter dye if it is dark brown. I would suggest going to a place like sally beuty supply and getting a salon quality dye. Get one of the shades i suggested and a 30 or 40 volume developer- the high number of develper will help the color "stick" to your hair better. THey sell the dye as one product and the developer as another product but you use it in the same way you would use a store boxed dye. and to purchase both it will probably be somewhere around 10 dollars and the developer has a lot in it so you can save soem for future use. If this doesnt work for you i would suggest getting it done by a salon or you might have to bleach it but be aware that bleaching can make your hair very brittle and break off.

Best hair dye??

idk but after you dye it use lots of toners to get rid of the brassiness

(I've never dyed my hair... I just hear my sister complain about it, she's currently bleach blond)

Best hair dye??

If you don't want to spend tons of money going to a salon, take a drive to your local Sally Beauty Supply store. They sell Ion, which I've found is the best hair dye they offer. Its like 6 dollars for one application...and developer is like 3. Its a LOT cheaper than the boxed junk you buy at CVS, and it's what professionals use. Make sure you know what you're doing, don't dye the roots until you finished your head, your roots are more porous than the rest of your hair. If you need more help, Google "how to dye hair" or something.. Hope I helped :)
