My reg hair color is dark brown but i am starting to get greys so i dyed it about 5 weeks ago dark brown. Well, now its fading to a orangish color and my greys are coming back. What base or color should i use to cover the grey and the orange?

Dark brown hair has to go through several shade before it will "lift" to light brown or blonde. I would suggest going to a hair salon and letting a hairdresser who specialises in hair colour to fix your hair for you. If this is going to be to costly for you, most of the hair colours you by at the drug store have a 1-800 number on them to call for advise. They might be able to suggest what your next best step might be. I know that L'Oreal hair colour has this customer service number on their hair colour. your hair color has oxidized, meaning it will more than likely stay orange unless you dye it again.
dont use feria haircolor, and use permanent, not semi permanent.
