Do you color you hair so you look healthier?

Meaning you hide your grey hair.

I never even thought about it, that I would get gray. I do believe stress causes gray hair. When I started getting Gray hair at 36 I freaked out. I plucked all of those grey hairs. And I stood in front of that mirror for hours with a tweezers. I have always colored my hair, but not because I was gray. I colored it because I wanted a change. Now that I have gray hair on the sides and a bit on top, I tend to color it less because. I want to make sure I am able to pull out those gray hairs. Strange thing is. You pull a grey hair, and it comes back a grey hair. I am not one of those that will go grey gracefully. I will pluck and I will color. People look better when they are not Grey haired. They look healthier and vibrant.

I don't have a lot of grey, but my hair is a mousy, flat, boring color. I use color for a different shade and to highlight. Report It

I think it's more of a vanity thing. I don't want to look and feel older. I tolerate it gray for awhile then it starts to wear on me. It does give my hair more shine at first but once the hair-color fades the hair just looks dull.
